Tooling can be custom manufactured and cluster tools were viable will be made to reduce the cost of the perforated sheet. We are able to run one off special size panels as well as bigger production runs. We can cater for sheets over 3 meters in length.
As a general rule minimum hole size is 1,5 times material thickness to prevent tool breakage.sheets can be run from galvanised material, hot and cold rolled material up to 2mm, hot rolled or pickled material from 2.5mm up to 4mm. stainless steel from 0.5mm up to 3mm- but due to the hardness and difficulty to punch this material we will advise on a case by case quoting system on the viability to punch this material.
We are able to run shifts and depending on work load will run 24/7 to achieve tight delivery dates.24 hour breakdown services are also offered depending on material availability.
Perforated Holes from 3.2mm to 70mm can be accomodated depending on material type, thickness and qty holes per sheet.
